Néha csak valami cukira futja. De abból ötre.  A minta innen. Szájat nem kaptak, így viccesebbek.

Sometimes my energy is only enough for something cute. But then five of them. I used this pattern but I didn't sew them any mouth, they are funnier without.

Dragonfly

Valamiért néha szimpatikusabb a szitakötő, mint a lepke. Ez a darab pedig előlépett kedvenccé. "Neked kereszt van anyakadban?" Majdnem.

For some reason I find dragonflies sometimes nicer than butterflies. This one is my favorite for the moment. "Are you wearing a cross around your neck?" Almost.

A legújabb szerzeményem. Szép, keményborítós és tényleg vannak benne hasznos dolgok. És persze olyan állítások, hogy a barkácsolás újra cool, mert azt érzi az ember, hogy szembemegy egy kicsit a fogyasztói társadalommal. Igen.

My new haul. Very nice, hardcover and full of nice things. Full of statements like crafting is cool again and "gives us means of expressing not only your individuality but also our originality in a handmade rebellion against passive consumption." (pg 6) Indeed.

Knits

Szabadság volt és meleg, majd nagyon gyorsan hideg, úgyhogy hirtelen sokminden kész lett. Az első a Zürichben last minute vett fonalból a standard sál. Puha, meleg, de a bőrön szúr. Au.
I had days off and it was warm and then suddenly cold, so there were a lot of things finished all of a sudden...The first piece is my scarf made of the last-minute-bought yarn in Zürich. It is nice, soft and warm but on the bare skin it itches. Ouch.

A második a körkötést megtanulandó sapka (köszi a mintáért, Gabi), ami kicsit nagy lett, de majd az Ildinek elküldöm, az ő rasztáira pont jó lesz.
The second one is the hat where I learned how to knit in a round. (thanks for the pattern, Gabi) it is a bit bigger then expected, but I'll send it to my BFF in Prague, to her rastas it will be perfect.

The surprise scarf

A fb-on a kötős-horgolós csoportban szerveztek egy csipkekendő csere-bere akciót. Mint mikuláshúzáskor, mindenki kapott egy nevet és egy címet és egy rövid listát, mit is szeretne az illető. Két hónap alatt kellett megkötni/horgolni. Tökjó volt, jó sokáig gondolkoztam a mintán, amit Anitával kiválasztottunk, vettem hozzá szép fonalat és négy hét alatt készen lett. Kicsit vastagabb fonal volt, mint a kiírásban, de a mérethez és a horgoláshoz kellett ennyi erő a fonalba.
Csináltam hozzá meglepetés karkötőt, írtam hozzá levelet. elküldtem, kikézbesítették. Két hete ott van már és nem ír, nem válaszol...viszont jó fonalból horgoltam, szóval ha esetleg utálja, simán lebonthatja :D

On facebook I joined a group of knitters and crocheters. They organized an event where you got a name, an address and preferences what kind of scarf/shawlette they wanted to receive. So I had 2 month to crochet a lace scarf. I finally found the pattern with Anitas help, I bought the yarn and in 4 weeks it was ready. The yarn is a bit thicker then it was requested but for the size of the shawl and the crocheting itself required something strong and thick. I made a surprise bracelet, I wrote a nice letter. It was delievered 2 weeks ago and I havent received any response at all...BUT i made it from a good quality yarn, so if she hates it she can make something else of it :D
