Perszehogy ki kellett próbálni a tuniszi horgolást... végre valami más :)

It's finished! First self-knitted pullover

Végre elkészült az igazi tanulódarabom. A kedd esti workshopokon tanultam Anitától, az Atelier Miss Wings fonalbolt tulajától. Azért ezt a mintát választottuk, mert ebből tanultam meg a legtöbb dolgot. És azért ekrü színűt, mert így minden világos és érthető volt rajta. A fonal Katia Alabama, ekrü. A minta szintén Katia, a nyári sport katalógusból. Kis változtatással, mert nem kötöttem rá zsebeket és az oldalát is összevartam.

Május elején kezdtem, sok-sok workshop, szombatreggel, kétségbeesett email és visszabontás után, szeptember 13-án elkészült. Loveit.

My learning piece is finally finished. I learnt to knit it on Tuesday evenings in the yarn shop of Anita, in the Atelier Miss Wings. We chose this pattern because I could learn a lot of techniques while makeing it. And we chose this color to see clearly what am I actually doing. The yarn is Katia Alabama, color ecru. The pattern is also from Katia, from this years's summer sport catalogue. We changed it a bit bc I did not knit any pickets for it and the sides I attached to each other.

I began with it in the beggining of May, after a lot of workshops, saturday morning sessions, panicked emals and new-begginings it was finally ready on the 13th of September. Loveit.

Eclectic necklace vol2

Sokat hordtam nyáron az egyáltalán nem visszafogott láncomat. Jó reklám volt, a kolléganőnek is kellett egy. A medálokat próbáltam a karakteréhez válogatni, ezért van rajta csoki (is).

I was wearing my non-decent necklace a lot in the summer. My colleague wanted a similar one of course:) I tried to choose charms that fit her character. (that's why the chocolate)

Aligned wishes

Szeretem az ilyet: bemegyünk a boltba, kiválaszt magának kettő karakterisztikus gyöngyöt. Leül, kiválasztja, kábé milyen formát szeretne. Megkérdez, menne-e és hogy mondjam meg, milyen színek kellenek még bele. Megveszi, másnapra kész. 

I like it that way: we go to the shop, she chooses 2 characteristic beads. She sits down and points out a design, asks me if I could make it and asks for advice regarding colors and shapes. She buys them and they are of course ready for the next day.

Kellett egy passzoló karkötő a kék-piros cipőmhöz. Több variációt kipróbáltam, ez első nyert. Bár így képről nézve, a kettes is elég jó...

I needed a bracelet matching my blue-red shoes. I tried different designs, the first one I kept. But checking the pictures, the second version is not bad either...too late.
