Granny Squares!

Végre megtanultam granny squares-t horgolni! Azt mondja a google meg egy-két másik kézimunkablog, hogy magyarul ez a nagyiminta, hát akkor legyen az. Az új kedvenc kézimunkaboltomban vettem egy könyvet a témában, ezért ez itt a gyakorlódarab - átnevezve projektté. A legalapabb, színváltás nélküli kis négyzetek elég unalmasak, de a színváltósok és a nagy nagyinégyzet elég menő. Őszintén, rohadt büszke vagyok erre a párnára.

Finally I've learnt how to crochet granny suares! In my new favourite yarn-shop I bought a book in this topic, so this is actually the prototype and the project in one piece. It contains 3 patterns, the simplest, plain (boring) granny squares, the ones wih new colors in every row and the huge one with a lot of colors. To be honest, I am really proud of this.

Lógós fülbevaló ajándékba - mert tavasz van, kis decens színekkel mert az olasz barátnőnek készült szülinapra.

Long earrings as a present - long, because it's spring and we can finally wear big jewellery, and decent colors because it's made for my italian friend for her birthday.

Fietsbanden

Delftben van egy gyögyösbolt, ahol a workshopokon többek között bicikligumi-ékszereket is lehet készíteni. Amíg ott laktam, a workshopon sosem volt hely, úgyhogy eddig ez kimaradt. Mostanra változtattak a stratégián (biztos nem én voltam az egyetlen, aki nem juttott be) és kis szetteket árulnak gyöngyökkel, bicikligumival, leírással. Kicsit durvának tartom a technikát, viszont az eredmény nem olyan rossz...jól megy a Balkantango táskámhoz.

There is a bead shop in Delft where you can follow workshops where you can make jewellery from recycled bike tyres. I lived there for a year but the workshops were always fully booked, so till now I haven't had the experierience...Now they changed the strategy (apparenly I was not the only one who always got a place only on the waiting list) and now they are selling small sets including beads, tyres and work description. I find he technique a bit rough, but the result is not so bad...goes well with my Balkantango bag.

Eclectic scarf

Kész a tanulódarabom! Körsál, egy pár mintával, jauquardkötéssel és hímzéssel.
Már csak a hideget kell vele megvárni.

The learning piece is ready! It is a round scarf with some patterns, jaquard knitting and embriodery.
Just have to wait a year for the cold weather. (yeah!)

Note: Knitting is faster than crocheting and the piece keeps its for longer then a crocheted one. BUT crocheting is more fun.

Crea Bea

A "Tanulj minden nap egy új szót vagy kifejezést" projektem tegnapi terméke a cím. *Nagyon krea-Bea voltam ma.* Kábé olyan, mintha azt mondanám, h nagyon kis kreatív voltam. Persze, minden nap.

New roommate

Végtelenül prakikus polc, perszehogyazikeából. Ahol lehet kapni olyan kekszet, aminek pilótakeksz íze van. Ez mindig jó.

Unbelievably handy new piece of furniture, of course from the ikea. There they sell a new kind of chocolate cookie that tastes exactly as some hungarian cookies. Good for my homesick soul.
